Bio

Mike Shchogolev is the Head of Design at Softermii, with more than eight years of end-to-end UX/UI product-design expertise gained working with startups and established businesses across many countries. For over four of those years he has led distributed design teams, shaping both the craft and the culture of how design gets done.

His approach treats design as a product discipline, not decoration: he crafts seamless digital experiences that look appealing and, just as importantly, function impeccably. That dual focus on aesthetics and usability runs through every engagement he leads.

Throughout his career Mike has brought more than 100 successful projects to life across diverse sectors, from early-stage products finding their first users to mature platforms scaling to new markets. As a leader of distributed teams, he has cultivated a group of elite professionals and built the rituals and standards that keep quality high across time zones — ensuring each collaboration resonates with its target audience and exceeds business objectives.
