Bio
Andrii Horiachko is a Co-Founder of Softermii with over 12 years of experience in software development, eight of them spent building and managing Softermii itself. He is responsible for technology-innovation in clients’ projects, making sure every product runs on a modern, carefully chosen tech stack that can sustain high workloads and stay free of critical errors.
He is the key investor behind Softermii and VidRTC — a pre-developed, fully customizable video engine. Using VidRTC, his team built the hybrid event platform Events10x, which can serve 20,000 visitors simultaneously and is used by organizations as demanding as the UAE Ministry of Economy and the United Nations.
Over his career Andrii has founded more than five IT-technology projects, combining a deep engineering background with hands-on business leadership. His focus today is large-scale platform architecture and bringing emerging technology into production for enterprise clients without compromising reliability. He pairs that technical depth with a founder’s view of cost, risk and time-to-market, so every architectural decision serves the client’s business as much as the product, and he stays close to the engineering teams that turn those decisions into shipped software.
