She has honed a keen ability to identify and attract top-tier talent and match it precisely to organizational needs — whether the requirement is a narrow, niche role or a broad set of technology skills.

Over her career she has successfully orchestrated more than 300 hires across a wide range of niches, markets and technologies. That experience spans the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing strategy and candidate assessment to closing and onboarding, and it consistently translates into robust teams capable of driving a company’s vision and goals.

As a team lead, Anna focuses on the people side of hiring as much as the process — coaching recruiters, refining sourcing approaches and keeping candidate experience high. Her work ensures Softermii’s clients and internal teams get the right people for the roles that matter most.
