Bio

Bogdan Paiuk is the Head of Softermii’s Project Management Office, a PMI PMP–certified manager of projects, programs and PMOs with more than 10 years of management experience. He specializes in structuring, planning and delivering projects in a way that maximizes value and efficiency for the organizations he works with.

Over the course of his career he has successfully managed more than 50 projects across a remarkably broad set of sectors — Telecom, Healthcare, Fintech, Real Estate, Blockchain, social networks, video and voice communication, and media streaming. That breadth has given him a pragmatic, repeatable approach to delivery that holds up across very different domains and constraints.

Beyond running individual projects, Bogdan has built and led a team of top-notch project-management professionals, establishing the processes and governance that let delivery scale. His work consistently increases profitability and produces superior customer experiences, turning complex, multi-stakeholder programs into predictable, well-run engagements. He also mentors project managers across the company, sharing the PMO playbooks, estimation models and quality gates that keep delivery consistent as teams grow and client demands become more ambitious.
