Dmytro Onofriiuk is a Delivery Manager with 5+ years of experience delivering software projects across Healthcare, Fintech, iGaming, and AI/ML domains. He has successfully led numerous Fixed-Price and T&M projects from initiation through production, consistently meeting or exceeding financial and schedule targets.

He brings deep expertise in both Agile (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong focus on building predictable, metrics-driven delivery frameworks.
