Nelia Yarotska is an HR Manager and People Partner at Softermii with more than four years of experience in HR and people operations across outsourcing IT companies. She specializes in full-cycle people management, employee engagement and retention strategy, owning the employee experience from onboarding through long-term growth.

She partners closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, C-level leadership and outstaffing clients to align people strategy with business goals at every stage of the employee lifecycle. Her areas of expertise include people partnership, onboarding design, performance management, engagement measurement, individual development planning and building HR processes from scratch.

Key achievements include maintaining a retention rate above 90%, onboarding more than 50 employees through a structured probation cycle, and implementing eNPS and Gallup Q12 to drive measurable engagement improvements.
