Bio
Maksym is one of the few operations leaders who has personally done nearly every job he now oversees. Across 15+ years he rose through the full stack of software delivery — QA → Business Analysis → Product → COO — building QA, BA, Design, and engineering functions from scratch at Netcracker Technology (including roles across the US and Canada), Luxoft/DXC, and Softermii, in domains from telecom and fintech to healthcare and media. That complete view of how software actually gets built is exactly what lets him re-engineer it.
Today he leads 100+ engineers and owns Softermii's operations, P&L, and strategy. His core competencies:
product-lifecycle ownership, P&L and global team leadership, process design from zero, and delivery planning, estimation, and risk management — now focused on his signature work: AI-native, agent-orchestrated operating systems for software companies.
That focus is backed by production systems, not slides. Maksym architected and runs Softermii's APEX pipeline — an AI-powered engineering system that ships production-ready platforms in days at a multiple of traditional velocity, with automated quality gates and full review-and-merge cycles. He has extended the same model to operations and presale, compressing work that once took weeks into hours. His standing principle says it best: everything Softermii promises with APEX, he built, runs, and stands behind personally.
