The Floorwatch team wanted an intuitive, data-driven app to solve a common brick-and-mortar problem: connecting shoppers with in-store associates in real time. The goal was to remove friction from the in-store experience, bridge the communication gap between customers and staff, and give managers direct insight into customer needs — empowering businesses of any size to refine service and boost sales.
