AI assists pharmacists in identifying customers and improving service.
Our team prioritized a flexible architecture and reliable tech stack to maintain high development speed without compromising quality. The main application is built for Android using Kotlin, where pharmacists receive and manage incoming orders.
The admin panel, developed with Node.js and Angular, allows pharmacies to track orders, update statuses, and track key metrics.
AI transcribes voice orders from patients into structured requests, which are then processed through the main system. Backend operations, integrations with third-party services like Uber Eats and Wolt, and infrastructure deployments are supported by robust DevOps workflows.

Our team worked closely with GetCure to map out user flows for pharmacists and patients. A strong focus was placed on understanding pharmacy workflows across different markets and integration requirements for delivery partners like Uber Eats and Wolt. Once key workflows were confirmed, development began with an aligned roadmap and clearly defined responsibilities.
1
Softermii team analyzed the pharmacy ecosystem and delivery partner workflows to identify key touchpoints and data flows. This phase helped define the minimum viable product and prioritize AI features.
2
Starting in October 2022, development focused on delivering a scalable pharmacy-side Android app and a robust web admin panel. In mid-December 2024, the AI voice assistant feature was added to development and progressed rapidly toward pilot launch within just 3.5 months.
3
Initial releases targeted pharmacies in Germany and were later scaled to France and Austria. The AI feature entered development in December 2024 and is in its final testing stage before its production release.
A cross-functional team delivered this project, including a Full-Stack Developer, Android Developer, QA Specialist, UX/UI Designer, DevOps Engineer, and AI/Full-Stack Developer.
The QA team ensured quality across rapidly evolving features. DevOps optimized deployments for multiple environments to meet tight deadlines and support phased releases across regions.
