Firebase Realtime powers shortened SMS deep-links that log users straight in — or send them to the store to install.
Photo-based issue reports:
Tenants snap or upload a photo, pick a category, add details and an address, and send it to the landlord.
Maps & address matching:
Google Maps confirms the right address and helps contractors find the place effortlessly.
Contractor dispatch & invoicing:
Landlords share issues with contractors who accept the job and invoice in-app with direct card payments.
